Warranty Policy
All TORRAS products are covered with TORRAS product warranty for 180 days from the date of its original purchase. When you receive your product, please register your warranty: https://torras-global.com/support/resigterwarranty. If any problems occur, please contact the TORRAS Customer Support Center via email support@torraslife.com.
Our compliant purchase channels are Amazon, Walmart, and the brand’s official website. Therefore, products from non-compliant channels are not covered by this warranty policy, and we recommend customers to purchase products from regular channels.
Return Policy
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Customers need to contact the carrier to return the products by themselves, and proactively inform the customer support team about the return tracking number. After the warehouse receives the returned package, the customer support team will issue the refund immediately.

What does this warranty cover?
If a product or accessory is defective during the warranty period, TORRAS will replace it with an identical or similar product or accessory for free after customers provide the proof (purchase invoice, pictures, or videos) to the support team. Products or accessories replaced under this warranty will become the property of TORRAS and will not be returned to you. If a product or accessory needs to be replaced after the warranty period has expired, we do not provide that service. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, warranty coverage will end.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
Improper use or installation
Cosmetic damage
Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes, and similar
Accidents
Misuse
Negligence
Commercial use
Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
TORRAS will service and not replace:
Products sold as is or with all faults declared
Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
Products where the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed
Repair replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. TORRAS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. TORRAS products make no other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties for the product include but are not limited to: any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.

Shipping orders
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of processing payment, unless noted at the time order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through torras-global.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Cancel your order
We’re sorry to hear that you’ll be canceling your order with us! We may be able to cancel your order for you if it hasn’t been processed out yet.Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will look into the status of the order and assist you accordingly.If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order.
Change your shipping method after placing an order
Once an order is placed, you will not be able to change the shipping method. Be sure to double-check before giving the go-ahead.

Didn’t receive your package
If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers are able to receive and enjoy their products, and we will try our best to make that happen!
Have a problem after the order has been delivered
A timely notification and valid proof can help us resolve your issue(s) as quickly as possible. If you encounter any of the following problems with your order, please contact us at support@torraslife.com within three business days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue(s) you are having along with any other relevant information:
- Damaged items in the package.
- Items in the package are not the products you ordered or some items are missing.
- The package is marked as having been signed for on the courier’s website, but you did not receive the package.
Delivery address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to TORRAS as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to TORRAS, please contact TORRAS to make arrangements for reshipment. The 13 continental U.S. states will not serve at this time:
